Dry Hire & Alcohol Responsibility Policy

At BLENDDEAD Bar Co., operated by BLENDDEAD LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), we are committed to providing professional, responsible, and legal mobile bartending services throughout Los Angeles County and surrounding areas.

Our business operates as a dry hire mobile bartending service. This policy explains our responsibilities and the responsibilities of our clients regarding alcoholic beverages served at private events.

What Is a Dry Hire Bartending Service?

BLENDDEAD Bar Co. provides professional bartenders, portable bar equipment, bar tools, mixers, garnishes, ice coordination (if included in your package), non-alcoholic beverages (if included), and related bartending services.

We do not sell, furnish, distribute, or provide alcoholic beverages unless specifically authorized by applicable law and any required licenses.

Client Responsibility for Alcohol

The client is solely responsible for:

• Purchasing all alcoholic beverages.
• Owning all alcoholic beverages served at the event.
• Transporting alcohol to and from the venue.
• Ensuring alcohol is legally obtained.
• Complying with all applicable federal, state, and local alcohol laws.
• Obtaining any permits required by the venue or governmental authorities.

Alcohol remains the property and responsibility of the client at all times.

Responsible Beverage Service

Our bartenders are committed to serving alcohol responsibly.

We reserve the right to:

• Request valid government-issued identification.
• Refuse service to anyone who appears to be under the legal drinking age.
• Refuse service to any guest who appears visibly intoxicated.
• Refuse service when continued service could create an unsafe or unlawful situation.
• Stop alcohol service if necessary to protect guests, staff, or property.

These decisions are made at the sole discretion of our bartending staff and are intended to comply with applicable laws and promote guest safety.

Underage Drinking

BLENDDEAD Bar Co. maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding underage drinking.

Alcohol will not knowingly be served to anyone under the legal drinking age. Attempts to provide false identification or obtain alcohol unlawfully may result in immediate refusal of service.

Guest Conduct

Clients are responsible for the conduct of their guests throughout the event.

Our staff may discontinue alcohol service if guest behavior becomes:

• Threatening
• Violent
• Harassing
• Unsafe
• Illegal
• Disruptive to the event or venue

If necessary, our staff may leave the event if working conditions become unsafe.

Venue Requirements

Clients are responsible for ensuring that:

• Alcohol service is permitted at the event venue.
• Venue rules are followed.
• Required permits or approvals have been obtained.
• Venue management has approved bartending services where applicable.

Open Container and Transportation Laws

Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding the transportation, possession, and storage of alcoholic beverages before, during, and after the event.

No Guarantee of Alcohol Consumption

BLENDDEAD Bar Co. does not guarantee that every guest will be served alcohol.

Service may be refused whenever required by law, venue policy, or professional judgment.

Event Safety

We encourage clients to promote responsible alcohol consumption by:

• Providing water and non-alcoholic beverage options.
• Offering food during alcohol service.
• Encouraging designated drivers or rideshare transportation.
• Planning safe transportation for guests when appropriate.

Limitation of Responsibility

Because clients purchase and own all alcoholic beverages served at the event, BLENDDEAD LLC is not responsible for:

• The quality, quantity, or condition of client-supplied alcohol.
• Alcohol purchased or transported by the client.
• Alcohol remaining after the event.
• Guest consumption decisions outside our bartenders’ service.
• Guests who consume alcohol before or after our scheduled service hours.

Nothing in this policy limits any responsibility imposed by applicable law.

Agreement

By booking services with BLENDDEAD Bar Co., clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to this Dry Hire & Alcohol Responsibility Policy.
